Rooster HR Announces New CEO as it simplifies and automates HR processes

Rooster HR, a fast-paced newcomer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technology in South Asia, is excited to announce the appointmen­t of Yohan Wijewardan­e as its new CEO. This strategic move is part of Rooster’s ambitious expansion into HR automation, aiming to enhance the recruitmen­t process for both job seekers and employers.

Yohan Wijewardan­e brings a wealth of experience to the table, having co-founded PAYable, Sri Lanka’s largest payment aggregator, where he transforme­d the payments landscape in Sri Lanka building a network processing over Rs.80 billion in transactio­ns. His track record in innovation and fostering growth in the technology sector made him the ideal leader for Rooster as the platform plans to expand its offerings which include a variety of financial services.
