When a police unit arrived at the scene of the crime, the woman who had been stabbed in the abdominal region had already died. She had 3 children namely a 5-month-old baby, a 6-year-old child and a 17-yearold child. The victim’s current boyfriend, Ritesh C (33), who was also stabbed in the attack was rushed to the hospital. Reports indicate that Rocky barged into the house through the front door before stabbing the couple. “After he had committed the crime, he fled the scene on foot and took the sharp object with him. He then called the owner of the house to tell him that he had done it because he couldn’t accept the fact that the woman had a new boyfriend. Rocky allegedly hit the woman on a regular basis when they were still together. In November 2016 the woman filed domestic abuse charges against Rocky who was then arrested. When he was released in December 2016, the relationship ended.
