Suspect in child porn case to remain in jail

Feroz P who was arrested on child pornography charges and who is also suspected of having had sex with a minor will remain in jail. Judge Cynthia Valstein-Montnor reportedly denied the request for his release that was made by defense attorney Arjan Ramlakhan. The judge pointed out that the suspect had sex with a minor and that he had also shared naked pictures of other girls via Facebook.

Ramlakhan pointed out that his client has confessed to spreading the naked pictures. Feroz P who has been in jail for 17 months denies having done so via a website. District Attorney Shanta Mahadew pointed out that the prosecution will demand more months than the time that the suspect has spent in jail. Three underage girls told investigators that they had sent naked pictures of themselves to the suspect via WhatsApp.

Feroz P who had convinced the girls that he was in love with them then placed the posted the pictures on the Facebook page ‘Crazy chicks van Su’. A 14-yearold girl had sent 35 pictures of her breasts and her genitals to the suspect who had sent her a friend request via Facebook. The man reportedly called himself Selecta Beats and claimed that he was a little brother of Selecta Beats. He said that he wanted to start a relationship with her and asked her for her phone number. In the beginning she did not want a relationship with him but she eventually gave in and started chatting with him via WhatsApp. The girl received messages from the man who claimed that he would take his own life if she did not send any naked pictures of herself to him. He also told the girl that she was his girlfriend and that she had to sent the naked pictures. But later on he threatened to post the pictures on Facebook. After a while a girlfriend told the girl that her naked pictures were on social media. The defendant is scheduled to appear in court again on April 4.
