Satudarah-voorman Michel B vrijgesproken van wapenbezit
Een jacket van de motorclub Satudarah. (Foto: Hart van Nederland) ALMELO Michel B (54), een van de oprichters van de inmiddels verboden motorclub Satudarah, hoeft voorlopig niet de cel in. Gistermiddag werd hij door de rechtbank in Almelo vrijgesproken van verboden wapenbezit. Twee weken geleden had het Openbaar Ministerie (OM) een jaar celstraf tegen hem geëist, maar de rechters vonden niet bewezen dat het wapen dat bij een huiszoeking in de woning van zijn vriendin in Enschede was aangetroffen, van hem was.
Twee andere leden van de voormalige motorclub werden wel veroordeeld voor wapenbezit. Zij kregen negen en vijf maanden celstraf opgelegd. Ze hadden bekend dat twee andere wapens die ook bij de inval waren aangetroffen, van hen waren.
Tegen Michel B loopt ook nog een zaak wegens wapenbezit, afpersen, witwassen en leidinggeven aan een criminele organisatie bij de rechtbank in Zwolle.
