AMboard Chief Executive Officer Siphephiso Dlamini said the minister of agriculture’s call for change had evoked mixed feelings of excitement and uneasiness.

“I am happy that the minister has called for an end to the blame game but I also don’t know whether I should be excited or to shiver at what the minister has just said,” said the CEO, who also called for closer working relationship between all stakeholders involved in the agriculture industry from farmers to vendors, processors and retail outlets.

“NAMBoard’s success as well as achieving the country’s agricultural targets all depends on us,” said the CEO when reacting to the minister’s address.
