– Eswa­tini Na­tional Sport and Recre­ation Coun­cil (ENSRC) Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer (CEO) Dar­ius Dlomo has been hon­oured by the African Union Sports Coun­cil Re­gion 5 (AUSC) Coun­cil of Min­is­ters with a medal of hon­our.

This was dur­ing the Coun­cil of Min­is­ters meet­ing in Gaborone last night.


The CEO was awarded for his con­tri­bu­tion to de­vel­op­ment of sports in the coun­try, es­pe­cially for his dili­gence and long ser­vice. SNSRC Me­dia Of­fi­cer Du­misani Nti­wane yes­ter­day said the coun­cil was pleased for the CEO as he had been with the sports ed­u­ca­tion and ac­cred­i­ta­tion pro­gramme of the re­gion hav­ing served dili­gently for 10 years.

"Dlomo was re­warded with the re­gion's sports jacket branded with the re­gion's swanky colours.

We are re­ally happy for him and this ward proves that he has served the re­gion with dis­tinc­tion and this hon­our is not just for him but the King­dom of Eswa­tini.

“Such an hon­our is very rare and as a coun­try we are proud.

This is truly in­spir­ing and we would like to thank God for lead­ing Dlomo while he was ex­e­cut­ing his du­ties in the re­gion,” he said.
