140 LOBOLA CATTLE FOR PRINCESS TSANDZILE
The Mdluli family of Maseyisini has paid the ultimate token of appreciation for their bride, Minister of Home Affairs, Princess Tsandzile.
The daughter to King Sobhuza and Inkhosikati Gogo Mngometulu was honoured by the Mdluli family when it paid a herd of 140 cattle for her hand in marriage, a colourful affair which was held at Ludzidzini Royal Residence which continues today.
The princess is wife to former civil servant and business man Musa Mdluli.
The herd was presented before the Royal Household and received by His Majesty King Mswati III as well as Her Majesty the Queen Mother.
In accordance with Swazi culture, the herd comprised of 20 cattle intended as insula mnyembeti, 20 lugege with the rest emabheka.
The well attended event was graced by Emakhosikati, Balondolozi, Princess Tsandzile’s siblings Bantfwabenkhosi, Emazinyane, Chiefs, ministers of the crown, the Mdluli family as well as other guests from far and wide.
