Mthembu con­tin­ued to state that Mavuso would fur­ther say he would ar­rest or shoot the cor­rupt po­lice.

He men­tioned that out of all that strict­ness, Mavuso was a jolly per­son, who liked to keep peo­ple around him laugh­ing. He made an ex­am­ple of when they went to watch Royal Leop­ard where he would say play­ers who liked to drib­ble were not po­lice of­fi­cers.

Mthembu said the vig­i­lant of­fi­cer would even con­front such play­ers and told them to kick the ball.
