The Pre­mier League is well and truly un­der way, and the race to win the Golden Boot – awarded to the league's top-scorer – is heat­ing up.

Liver­pool sen­sa­tion Mo­hamed Salah is look­ing to de­fend his ti­tle af­ter a record­break­ing haul of 32 goals last year nabbed him the prize, but Arse­nal's Pierre-Em­er­ick Aubameyang has taken an early lead, while Man City duo Ser­gio Aguero and Ra­heem Ster­ling, along with Spurs star Harry Kane are in the mix too.

They are be­ing fol­lowed closely by a chas­ing pack that in­cludes Chelsea for­ward Eden Haz­ard, Bournemouth striker Cal­lum Wil­son, Brighton's Glenn Mur­ray and Salah him­self. Aubameyang tops the scor­ing charts with 10 goals, fol­lowed closely by Tot­ten­ham's Kane on nine. Mur­ray, Wil­son and Man City pair Aguero and Ster­ling sit on eight apiece. Six play­ers have seven strikes to their name, in­clud­ing Haz­ard and Salah as well as Ful­ham's Alek­san­dar Mitro­vic, Man Utd's An­thony Mar­tial, Arse­nal striker Alexan­dre La­cazette and Ever­ton star Richarli­son.
