WRITER’S NOTE:

Sunday Observer - - SCENE -

We back again! This week Scene decided to look into the MTN SWAMA Awards this past weekend.

We all want to know how the fashion was. How the whole event was. We decided to go deep in details on how everything went.

I decided to write my own opinion about the MTN SWAMA Awards how I felt it was in my own eyes as I was there. I think they were improved from last year’s one. The SWAMA team did their job as much as it wasn’t as perfect but they really out did themselves. I also looked at what could have been done better and what they can do in the future to fix that.

Pages 2-3 are about the highlights of the SWAMA awards. The pages give you a more clear picture of what went down, from the people who gave performances, how it went down, how the crowd responded to the performances and more. In detail you will get to know the greatest and the worst moments regarding the awards. I also get to describe and compare what went right and wrong in comparison to those of last year’s event.

Reading through pages 4-5, I got a chance to interview all the nominees who won their gongs at the awards . Asking them how they felt about winning the award. Whether they were expecting the award or not, what message they have for their fans. If the award will help them grow in the industry and if they expected to win. You will be surprised of how grateful they are to have won the award. On these pages you will get all you need to know about what your winners had to say and how they felt.

On page 6 I went on and looked back at how S WAMA Awards use to be like in the past years. The style and the way they use to be done differently from the current ones. I realised that there is a lot of change that was done this year. Which shows that they went all out and made the awards more interesting. Till next week!
