28 peo­ple ar­rested for pub­lic in­de­cency in Pigg’s Peak

IN just two days, First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity ar­rested 28 peo­ple for var­i­ous petty crimes in­clud­ing uri­nat­ing in pub­lic.

All of the ar­rests hap­pened within the small town of Pigg’s Peak on Mon­day and Tues­day.

All the ar­rested in­di­vid­u­als paid an ad­mis­sion of guilt fine of E20 each at the Pigg’s Peak Town Coun­cil.

Speak­ing to this pub­li­ca­tion yes­ter­day, Pigg’s Peak Town Coun­cil Clerk/CEO Mzwandile Ndzin­isa said all the ar­rests were in line with the Ur­ban Gov­ern­ment Reg­u­la­tions Act of 1969.

“In line with the Ur­ban Gov­ern­ment Reg­u­la­tions Act of 1969, the Pigg’s Peak Town Coun­cil through First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity Com­pany has man­aged to ar­rest 28 mem­bers of the pub­lic for var­i­ous of­fences that in­clude pub­lic in­de­cency or uri­nat­ing, smok­ing, drink­ing al­co­hol in pub­lic, lit­ter­ing as well as sell­ing items with­out a per­mit,” he said.

“The of­fend­ers paid a fine of E20 to the Pigg’s Peak Town Coun­cil and those who failed to pay were handed over to the po­lice. A ma­jor­ity of the of­fend­ers did pay the fines,” he added.

Also speak­ing to this pub­li­ca­tion was Man­ag­ing Direc­tor (MD) at First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity Lin­dokuhle Mnya­mane who said that First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity was de­ter­mined to con­tinue their im­pres­sive growth since their in­cep­tion in 2016.“First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity was es­tab­lished in 2016 right here in Pigg’s Peak. In June 2018 First Ac­tion Se­cu­rity won the ten­der to se­cure our home town of Pigg’s Peak. Cur­rently, our com­pany em­ploys 28 lo­cals and we are de­ter­mined to grow” she said.
