There are new wings to fly for Former Miss Teen Manzini Director Winnie Mabuza as she has ventured into fashion business.

Mabuza known in the pageant industry, has taken the internet by storm as she has opened up an online boutique known as Scarlet Sage.

This is a women’s fashion boutique which has all the latest clothing accessories and jewellery a woman needs.

“Scarlet not only sells but assists too, with anything that has to do with fashion as we have a team of stylists who are always ready to be of assistance to our customers. We have everything that has to do with fashion one can think of, from street wear to red carpet dresses,” she said

Winnie stated that scarlet has only been in operation for a month but already has great response from people. She said the support she was receiving from her clients was overwhelming as she had not anticipated the interest people would show with regards to the online boutique.

Winnie is a Limkokwing graduate. She holds a Degree in Events Management but decided to venture into business because of the lack of jobs in the kingdom.

“I honestly had never planned on opening a business, but the lack of jobs made me stand up and find what I can do and be best in it. So fashion was the only thing I could think of. I have never regretted my decision though,” she said.

She stated that the love of playing around with clothes started at a very young age, as she would play around with different clothes and she promised herself from then that she would go for a career path that has to do with fashion.
