In the middle of Stockholm’s oldest pedestrian street, situated in the southern suburb of Hökarängen, the neighbourhood restaurant Kollektivet has been open for a while now. The restaurant is a hybrid of a deli and lunch restaurant, and offers comfort food Monday through Saturday, and at night it transforms into a Mediterranean restaurant.
