The gathering
Unfortunately, things don’t always pan out the way you want them to. At the time of writing we are still not sure what happens with this year’s edition of Gather Festival. It was of course a brave decision to assemble the strong line-up of names across both inspiring talks and gigs in the midst of a raging pandemic, and depending on the restrictions we will see what shape the Gather Festival will have to take. Hopefully everything can go ahead as planned but we suspect the festival might became a smaller version than originally planned. We will see. But regardless we’ll be eternally grateful if we don’t have to wait another full year for Gather to stake out a path for the future.
This year’s theme is supposed to be ’Dream Big’ and that’s what we’re doing - about a festival that unites innovation, tech, music, art, urban development and societal trends under one and the same roof to help push progress and shape our future.
