Sushi Yama expands

Halfway into this year, Sushi Yama has already established eight new restaurants, and now in August the numbers have swelled even more, through four openings in Gothenburg, Sundsvall, Malmö and here in Stockholm. “There is no question that our menu attracts all kinds of households, in both small and big cities. We have good customers who are good at engaging and spreading the word,” says Sumenta Frykgård, marketing manager.

Their aim is to reach 20 establishments before the year is out. “To reach our goals we need to maintain high quality when it comes to taste, that’s the basis of our success and our driving force in this expansive journey we are on”.
