The best according to the best

Every year Svenska Gastronomipriset garlands the best in the business, according to the very people that work in it. 100 top chefs vote for their five favourite chefs and restaurants in the country. The awards have now been going for 30 years. Back in 2016 they

expanded to sommeliers and pastry chefs, and later baristas and waiters.

The big winner this year was Björn Frantzén who took home the honours of top chef and top restaurant. Below you’ll find the
