Connectivity in question

Somkiat Tangkijvanich (Opinion, Sept 25) asked 10 very pertinent questions of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission. I would add another: Do you know that overall, the performance and reliability of telephone and internet services in Thailand has been in steady decline in recent months?
