Set after the Battle of Gallipoli, ordinary farmer Joshua Connor (Russell Crowe) embarks on a journey to Turkey to find his missing sons. Throughout his seemingly impossible mission, he encounters many dangers but never loses hope. Riveting and sentimental, Crowe delivers another compelling performance, which although not as epic and memorable as Gladiator, is far from disappointing. Also starring Olga Kurylenko, Jai Courtney and Jacqueline McKenzie. Directed by Russell Crowe.
