Bhichit Rattakul surveys all vendors in Bangkok prior to an increase in designated areas.
2000-2004
Samak Sundaravej proposes an increase to 353 designated areas with 11,438 vendors. Stalls are allowed to open every day.
2004-2009
Apirak Kosayodhin bans street vendors on Mondays to allow for street cleaning, and increases the number of designated areas to 667.
