Chef Masakazu Ishibashi of Ginza Sushi Ichi will offer a three-course special of sushi served at the counter only including tuna, sea urchin and seasonal white fish and a special rice bowl with salmon roe and sea urchin for takeaway.
Flown into Bangkok and bringing with him imported ingredients from Italy, chef Walter Passeri will cook torta al testo with Umbrian cold-cuts and sheep’s cheese, scrambled eggs with Umbrian black truffle, tagliatelle with Umbrian truffle sauce, Frico’ di Pollo (chicken in tomato sauce and spices) and Gubbio cream and torta al testo with honey/ hazelnut cream.
