Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet at Voilà (Dec 24, 6 pm. – 10:30 pm)
Celebrate Christmas with a sumptuous buffet of seasonal favourites from the eight international cooking stations including smoked salmon, seafood such as Alaskan king crab, black Australian mussels, oysters, American roast turkey with cornbread stuffing, chipolata sausages, French-style rôtisserie, slow roasted leg of lamb stuffed with wild mushrooms, rosemary jus, braised beef cheeks with olive and garlic mash potato, crispy pork belly with chilli and hot basil, oven-bake fillet of sea bass, and much more. Plus selection of 15 French cheeses from our fromagerie, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, fruitcake, gingerbread mousse streusel, a chocolate fountain and 12 flavours of homemade ice cream.
Plus strolling carol singers, festive decorations, and a visit from Santa Claus with gifts to delight the children.

Christmas Day Brunch at Voilà (Dec 25, 12 pm. to 3 pm)
At Voilà Christmas Day is a joyous occasion full of laughter and celebration. Our spectacular Christmas Day Brunch is a feast of traditional classics and modern favourites from the extensive buffet including “Royal Project” crayfish-lobster, blue and brown crab, mussels, oysters, tiger prawn, rock lobster, fireroasted American turkey, royal fillet of cod, portabella, snow peas, saffron Champagne sauce, fresh sashimi, a wide variety of cheeses from our fromagerie, panettone, Christmas gingerbread log cake, plum pudding with brandy sauce, and macaroon selections.
