Hardly magnanimous

I agree, England has always been a treacherous nation. But surely you cannot regard America as magnanimous.

Let us see the details: There have been more than 100 conflicts since 1965 and 35 foreign governments have been overthrown since the end of World War II.

The US supported fascist governments in 35 countries. Military bases in 130 nations. It has enough nuclear devices, and other crazy weapons no-one else is allowed to own, to destroy the planet in an afternoon.

Undisputed UN figures show that 1.7 million Iraqi civilians died due to the West’s brutal sanctions regime, half of whom were children.

Civilian deaths in the war were astronomical, and still increasing.

America has the highest prison population in the world, with 22% of the world’s prisoners.

Many innocent Americans fear police brutality: An unarmed 17-year-old was shot to death recently by a policeman. Many police units are armed with heavy military equipment. Why? Magnanimous? Well, that’s for the world to decide. Please sir, do a little research and ignore media propaganda/lies.
