The “Paradicious Check Chim Chill 2015” fair features a selection of Thai, Chinese, Western and Japanese snacks and sweets from over 40 leading shops including Chaozhou-style steamed buns from New Liang Soon shop, Japanese-style grilled pork skewers from SiamGrill Pork, Italian thin crust pizza with heavy toppings from Pizza Dollar and a variety of Thai desserts with a modern twist from the Dessert shop. Celebrity chef Pennee Jirayuwatana will demonstrate how to prepare French lava cookies on Dec 12 at 2pm.
