A short, blurry video leaked online recently starred an alleged village head in Yunnan province engaging in some not-so innocent fun at a local KTV. The video depicts Nuo Xiao’er groping a woman’s breast while sitting in a KTV room and grinning into the camera. Rather than reacting with alarm, the woman simply smiles and says that it costs 300 yuan (1,675 baht) a grab. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
