Cool Breeze Marks Return of Sansiri’s Winter Market Fest #3

Activities to usher in the cool season at San Samran Bridge, T77 at Sukhumvit 77, on 12–13 December 2015

When the cool wind blows, it’s time to invite friends, family and loved ones to enjoy the Winter Market Fest, now in its third year, at San Samran Bridge on Sukhumvit 77. Celebrate the festive season by taking a stroll through the market and shop to your heart’s content under the theme “Welcome to the Neighbourhood”. Fun for all ages, Winter Market Fest #3 promises to be a sparkling kaleidoscope of festive colours.

Organised i nto six distinct zones, more than 130 shops await, with hip merchandise and mouth-watering offers for die-hard foodies. In the Food Zone, Thai and international cuisine abounds, both savoury and sweet, including Toby’s, Fatbird, Minibar Cafe, Organic Supply, and also trendy food trucks bearing such names as Daniel Thaiger and Forkers. If you’re into sweets, you will not want to miss delicious desserts from After You and Crumb ice cream. Imbibers will not be left out, as Winter Market Fest #3 sets aside a dedicated Chill Zone, with beer gardens from Hoegaarden and Grocerant by Jacob’s Creek. And, of course, there’s the Stardust Zone, which groups together hip joints and music from noted DJs amidst a rooftop chill-out atmosphere.

Those who want to shop ‘til they drop can mosey over to the Trend Zone. Here, you will find a wide variety of merchandise, including clothes, bags, home decorations and accessories — all of which are either contemporary or vintage. The latest items fresh out of the catalogue will also be available from Smileyhound, Onion, RAMS, SVSS, Daisytrunk, Unpale and Blackheart shop. And be on the look-out for other special surprises.

Creatives and hobbyists also have lots to look forward to at Winter Market Fest #3, where an Arts & Crafts Zone awaits. All-day workshops are to be organised by premier studios, such as the ‘HUBBA-TO’ a coworking space and artisan hub by HUBBA, which will soon have its official launch at Sansiri’s first community mall, Habito, in April next year. Pet lovers are also catered to in the Pet Zone, with pet products from popular shops like Sketch Pet Products, Sit Stand Stay and Barketek, while the Family Zone will provide a ton of fun kids’ activities, organised by Siam Commercial Bank.

This year’s extra colourful Winter Market Fest is not to be missed. It promises to be full of fun, smiles and pleasant surprises, including an extravagant parade. The event to bid farewell to an eventful year, with gifts galore and a few surprises from Santa Claus along the way.
