BRANDING, NOT HARD SELLING

We see a lot of ads that tell wonderful stories that in no way relate to the product. Why would companies spend millions on something that doesn’t address what they are selling?

“There will always be obvious ads that try to hard sell their products, but for branding purposes it’s sometimes better to send a message about social issues. Personally, I think it’s a good idea because it makes the world a more livable place.”
