The international franchise from India serves up Punjabi classics, mainly cooked in the tandoori ovens and served in a modern haute-cuisine manner, amid a five-star ambience.

It is highly recommended to start off with spiced crab claw and lentil shorba (190 baht). Then follow a platter of assorted grilled meat (1,200 baht), comprising carom seeds-rubbed tiger prawns, chargrilled braised New Zealand lamb chops and malai chicken tikka.

Also don’t miss butter chicken curry (425 baht), dal makhani black lentil soup (320 baht) and chicken dum biryani (475 baht). The chocolate sphere (225 baht) showcasing kulfi (Indian-style ice cream) inside a hard chocolate case is an awesome dessert choice.
