Chef Michael Deane, Viu, March 8-12 Fellow foodies, it seems our luck has finally arrived — and his name is Michael Deane. He will be cooking an enticing set menu for five days in Bangkok. Unfamiliar with Irish cuisine? Here’s your chance to savour dishes such as Shortcross gin-cured salmon, Copeland Island scallops, Barbecued cheek of Fermangh pork and Field rhubarb poached in Michael Young’s heather honey and ice buttermilk.
