A native of the Morbihan in Northwestern France, Oger developed a passion for cooking at the age of 12. Deciding to make cooking his career, he vowed to himself that one day he would work in a three-Michelin starred restaurant.

He’s now the chef-owner of Cannes’ two Michelin-starred restaurant La Villa Archange, his second brainchild, where he has hosted spectacular banquet dinners for both the 50th and 60th anniversaries of the Cannes Film Festival, and welcomed celebrities and gourmands from around the globe.

For La Vie restaurant at the Vie Hotel Bangkok, the world-renowned chef will conduct four evenings of incredible seven-course wine-pairing dinners.

The meal will start off with Louise Roederer Brut Premier Champagne and carry on with marvellous dishes including Brittany lobster royale, line-caught sea bass with prawn tartare, 24-hour braised veal shank, buttered ratte potatoes and Victoria pineapple vacherin.
