Highlights include a mains course choice of Saddle of lamb stuffed with wild forest mushrooms and duck liver on a potato-gorgonzola flan with beluga lentils from Canada, so-called for their shape and colour that resemble the famous caviar, and jus reduction. Different shades of tender flavour and subtle texture that combine superbly, it’s Tuscan farmhouse rustic and subtly spicy in a way food should be at this time of year.

Crudita — Fine de Claire Oyster with premium oscietra caviar, espuma of mignonette, langoustine crudité, strawberry granita, marinated scallop tartare on honey & lime.
Pasta in brodo – Double boiled Norwegian salmon consommé on tortellini filled with mascarpone & salmon slices.
Risotto — Free range farmed quails risotto, slow roasted quails thigh, black truffle cheese finished on melted D.O.P pancetta.
Pesce o Carne — Filet de turbot slow simmered in “Royal Aquapazza” on lobster claws & manila clams accompanied with celeriac roots & soft potato mash OR Saddle of lamb stuffed with wild forest mushrooms and duck liver on potato-gorgonzola flan, beluga lentils and jus reduction.
Dolce finale — LUCE’s New Year’s Sphere: Chocolate sphere filled with tiramisu, iced coffee cream, hot Valhrona chocolate salsa, chocolate crumbles and biscotti.

New Year’s Eve Countdown Party at the Sky Lounge (33rd Floor) is from 22.00 to 01.00 hrs. priced at Bt2,200 net including free-flow soft drinks, beers, spirits, wines and canapés.
