The Christmas Roast At The Courtyard
December 24th & 25th, 2016: Lunch 12.00pm– 3.00pm Dinner 6.00pm– 10.30pm Nothing is better than spending Christmas with your most beloved family and friends. Gather with them to indulge in The Courtyard’s Christmas Roast, an allyou-can-eat sharing style roast featuring your Christmas favorites such as a whole turkey, maple glazed roast ham, mashed potatoes, sautéed Brussel sprouts, Christmas pumpkin soup with crab meat and much more. The Christmas Lunch Roast is priced at Bt2,400++/person for food only and at Bt3,400++/person inclusive of beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. The Christmas Dinner Roast is priced at Bt3,800++/person and features a special menu like a foie-gras terrine with winter truffle marmalade and brioche for dinner only!
The Christmas Voyage: A 6-Course Tasting Menu At The Dining Room
December 24th & 25th, 2016: 6.00pm – 10.30pm
Looking for a more intimate cozy dinner for this holiday season? For 2 nights only, go on a Christmas Voyage with Chef Fatih Tutak’s 6-Course Christmas dinner created just for this special occasion. The Christmas Voyage starts with some of The Dining Room classics such as Red Parfait, foie gras with beetroot and tapioca, Early Morning at Rungis Market, raw scallops with sea urchin cream and horseradish snow, No Rice Risotto, oysters with Salicornia and sea grape.
For mains, guests can choose between Hunting, duck breast with onion noodles and pomegranate sauce or Shabu Shabu with Yamamoto San, Miyazaki Beef with Maitake and Tendon. Finish off the meal with sweet dessert, Chocolate Souffle with Milk and Black Sugar. The Christmas Voyage is priced at Bt4,800++/person.
