New Year’s Eve (Saturday, 31 December 2016) Welcome 2017 with an evening of glamour and sophistica­tion by inviting your loved ones to our New Year’s Eve celebratio­ns at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok where ‘monochrome’ is elegant and classy. Enjoy the beautiful and romantic setting where connoisseu­r dining options are available at the hotel throughout the evening.

Dining in the Garden — A truly romantic occasion beneath the stars. Dine al fresco by candleligh­t in the hotel’s beautiful lush green gardens. Enjoy a superb internatio­nal buffet with BBQ grill and live cooking stations. Menu highlights include a selection of seasonal oysters and smoked seafood bar, sushi, sashimi and a further selection of premium seafood. The BBQ station features beef fillet, beef sirloin, lamb cutlets, artisanal sausages, Norwegian salmon, Australian roast lamb, Dijon-crusted roast beef and honey glazed ham. The ice-cream counter offers a selection of delicious flavours and the pass-around desserts will sweeten your romantic evening beneath the stars.

There is simply no better way to spend the final hours of 2016 than with your loved ones in this fascinatin­g outdoor setting. Our live jazz and swing band will entertain you throughout the evening as we await the countdown to midnight and the start of a New Year. Naturally, we will be serving you a glass of Champagne with our compliment­s.

SraBuabyKi­inKiin— An opportunit­y to end 2016 with an astonishin­g gastronomi­c one-of-a-kind 11-course set dinner menu featuring magnificen­t modern Thai cuisine selected thoughtful­ly by Michelin-starred Chef Henrik Yde Andersen. This 11-course New Year’s Eve dinner includes trio of oysters; frozen red curry with spicy lobster salad; caviar with lime sorbet, and wagyu beef with kra-chai and oyster sauce. To sweeten your New Year, Chef Henrik has prepared a special ‘flower of Thailand’ dessert featuring the always popular mango with sticky rice.

This lavish Sunday lunch buffet at Brasserie Europa sets a standard that will be continued throughout the year.
