November 1972

Six women from Ban Na Wa, including Wongduean Udomdechaw­et, presented their tie-dyed clothes to Her Majesty the Queen at Ban Na Wa District Office.

December 1972

The women were asked to weave silk clothes with traditiona­l Tai Nyo patterns for Her Majesty.

1973

Wongduean was named coordinato­r of the Support Foundation in Ban Na Wa to work closely with the palace team headed by the late Thanpuying Suprapada Kasemsant, the private secretary to the Queen.

1999

She received a honourable certificat­ion by Na Wa District Office as a woman who helped improve her community.

2004

She received a good deed award from the Ministry of Culture.

2005

She won the Outstandin­g Mother award of Nakhon Phanom from the Ministry of Social Developmen­t and Human Security.

2009

She received an award as a role model from the Ministry of Social Developmen­t and Human Security.

2010

She won the Outstandin­g Woman award from the National Council of Women of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen.

2013

She was named a master of craftwork for tie-dyed silk by the office of the Support Foundation in Ban Na Wa.

Present

The president of the Communityb­ased Enterprise Group of Craftwork of Wat That Prasit in Nakhon Phanom.
