PARK PROJECT:

Pranot Tirasai, second left, executive vice-president of PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP), welcomed Wararat Atibaedya, left, secretarygeneral of the Senate, and the group from the Secretariat of the Senate, who visited the ‘Forest Restoration For Eco-learning At Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park Project’ in Bang Krachao, Samut Prakan. The group participated in propagating plants and experienced the local community’s way of life. The activity was honoured by the presence of Thitirphan Chuchan, third left, director of Royal Initiative Project and Special Affairs Office, Royal Forest Department.

HEALTHY HEART:

Charonchai Salyapong, right, corporate affairs director of PepsiCola (Thai) Trading, recently presented a donation of 200,000 baht to The Heart Foundation of Thailand under The Royal Patronage, represented by Dr Kriengkrai Hengrussamee, committee member. The donation will provide surgery to patients with heart diseases, as well as to educate the public on heart diseases.

CHARITY DINNER:

Ronald McDonald House Charities Thailand chairman Vicha Poolvaraluk and vice-chairman Hester Chew recently organised the ‘RMHC Thailand Gala Dinner’ at the Royal Thai Navy Convention Hall. The event aimed to raise funds to help underprivileged children through operations of playrooms, dental care mobile services, as well as Ronald McDonald Houses at the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health and Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital.
