RS Plc vitalised by LifeStar

-

RS Plc is set to generate 440 million baht from its LifeStar health and beauty business this year amid strong growth in the health and beauty market.

The company expects its LifeStar health and beauty business to become a key pillar along with media, generating 1 billion baht in revenue over the next three years.

“We’re confident in the bright prospects of our health and beauty business because it has grown sharply over the past two years,” said chief executive Surachai Chetchotisak.

This year, LifeStar expects its sales to double to 440 million baht.

Growth has continued at a steady clip with monthly sales hitting a record high in the first three months, which the company attributes to its “Synergise all Dimensions” strategy to offer high-quality products, use of in-depth media and expanded distribution channels.

The company plans to invest 30 million baht to launch 15 new products via partnerships with world-class laboratories.

LifeStar will also employ all available media platforms to reach out to its target consumers.

LifeStar will further expand its distribution channels and services by doubling its telesales staff to ensure its 1781 Call Center can serve the company’s customer base.

The company is also looking to expand abroad, potentially in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Mr Surachai said RS is confident that LifeStar will become a new business pillar over the next three years.

“LifeStar has grown beyond our expectations and we’re working hard to analyse the market data and implement new strategies to adjust our targets,” he said.

Currently, LifeStar has three brands, including skincare brand Magique, the haircare brand Revive and food supplement brand S. O. M (Science of Body & Mind).
