Correction

The column “The Big Issue”, published on page 2 of the June 4 edition, mentioned there is a widely held belief in the eastern Bangkok suburbs that former physician Wisut Boonkasemsanti, who was sentenced to life in prison for killing his wife, was the chief investor in Thanya Park, a shopping mall on Srinakarin Road.

The mall owner emphatically denies the claim, saying Wisut has nothing to do with Thanya Park and owns not a single share in the project. Also, neither the mall owner nor the operator know Wisut personally.
