Royal Park Plaza to become organic paradise

- Organic fruits and vegetables.

Paradise Park will turn its Royal Park Plaza into an organic paradise filled with produce, healthy cuisine and inspiring activities from Thursday to Sunday.

Held in collaboration with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation and Lemon Farm, the “Organic Paradise...Good Health Starts From Organic Farm” fair is divided into four zones to promote the consumption of chemical-free fruits and vegetables.

At the “Visit the Organic Vegetable Farm” zone, visitors are invited to check out whether they are consuming 400g of vegetables on a daily basis as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). The “Visit the Clinic Farm” zone will offer complimentary blood sugar test, biological age test and brain test, as well as medical consultation.

The “Visit Lemon Farm Orgainc PGS” zone is an opportunity to meet organic farmers to learn about their local food cultures such as rice moji with red bean filling and home-made ice cream. The last zone, “Visit Organic Vegetable Production”, will offer easy techniques on how to grow organic vegetables in pots.

A variety of organic products will be available at special prices including seasonal organic produce direct from farms, formalin-free fresh fish from local fishermen, and organic milk extracted from organic soybeans, black beans, sweet potato and black sesame seeds.

Health-conscious foodies will also enjoy creating healthy dishes from the specially-designed recipes such as miang pla salmon Norway (leaf wrapped with Norwegian salmon) and various types of Thai curry such as kaeng liang, kaeng som, kaeng pah, kaeng lueng and tom yum.
