THAT FRIDAY FEELING
Getting gorgeous for a girl’s night out or a formal Friday dinner is no longer a hassle as a new make-up service under the “Beautiful Friday” campaign at Central and Zen department stores will help you turn heads.
“We created this campaign based on women’s lifestyles — going out on Friday nights, meeting friends and partying. The service will help women confidently look their best on Friday nights,” said Natira Boonsri, Zen Department Store’s president and Central Department Store’s senior vice-president of merchandising.
Until Dec 31, the make-up touch-up service is available at the Beauty Galeria of Chidlom, Lat Phrao, Pin Klao and Bang Na branches of Central Department Store as well as at Zen in CentralWorld.
The Beauty Galeria houses various cosmetic brands, each having their own techniques in applying make-up.
At the Dior counter, for instance, one can get lips “tattooed” with the latest Dior Addict Lip Tattoo long-wear coloured tint. Laura Mercier is known for its Flawless Face make-up created with its best-selling complexion products, whereas Illamasqua and Urban Decay use bold colours in creating edgy party looks.
The campaign also encourages women to have fun in experimenting with make-up and skincare as well as fragrances. For example, those who shy away from fluttering false lashes can try wearing them at the BSC Cosmetology counter, as a part of the brand’s beauty touch-up service.
