AC Milan prepare for crunch Juventus visit

-

>> MILAN: AC Milan relieved some of the pressure that had been building on coach Vincenzo Montella with a 4-1 midweek win over Chievo Verona but the Rossoneri will be put to the test again today against six-time defending Serie A champions Juventus.

Milan defender Leonardo Bonucci won’t face his former club after being banned for two matches for elbowing an opponent in the face.

Juventus have been on fire scoring 10 goals in their two previous games in wins over Udinese and Spal.

Four Juve players were on target in their 4-1 win against SPAL in midweek including striker Gonzalo Higuain.

Also today, Roma host Bologna three days before welcoming Chelsea to the Stadio Olimpico in the Champions League.

Tomorrow, pacesetters Napoli should remain leaders as they host lowly Sassuolo.

It will be a warm-up match for Napoli’s Champions League match with Manchester City.

After 10 matches, Napoli have 28 points, two ahead of Inter Milan.

Inter visit struggling Hellas Verona on Monday and should have few problems to stay unbeaten.
