Cristiano Ronaldo, who won the 2017 Ballon d’Or and Fifa player of the year awards, can’t even walk in Lionel Messi’s shadow. The Argentinian really loves the game while the Portuguese loves himself. As I see it, an individual prize has not much to do with what you did win as a team.
