Organised by the Bliss Foundation in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the “Bliss Festival” features over 200 booths offering a variety of organic agricultural products from organic farmers. There will be a cooking demonstration by celebrity chef Tam today at 11am, a talk on the organic agriculture movement by gurus tomorrow at 10am, an exhibition on 10 communities famous for their delectable delicacies and tourist attractions, the Amazing Thai Taste Station serving sumptuous Thai dishes and organic farming workshops.
