WEDNESDAY: The International Trade Promotion Department of the Commerce Ministry is holding the 61st Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair. The event is intended to underline Thailand’s position as a regional hub of quality gems and jewellery. The fair, being held at Impact Challenger, will bring together 900 producers, suppliers and designers showcasing products at over 2,000 booths. Trade days run from Wednesday until Friday, while the fair will be open to the general public on Saturday and Sunday.
AIS is organising Digital Intelligent Nation 2018 at GMM Live House on the 8th floor of Central World to showcase technologies related to the Internet of Things ecosystem.
THURSDAY: FESPA Asia, Asia’s premier event for print professionals, is being held at EH 98 Hall, Bitec, to showcase the latest technologies and innovations in Asean, including digital and textile printing. The event runs until Saturday.
The Department of Agricultural Extension is hosting Smart Products by Community Enterprise Fair 2018 until Sunday at Plenary Hall, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

FRIDAY: EXIM BANK has partnered with the Industry Ministry, the Bank of Thailand, the Office of SMEs Promotion and the Thai Bankers Association to organise a seminar on foreign exchange risk management for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. The seminar is being held on the 24th floor of EXIM Bank’s head office.
On the second-year anniversary of its establishment in Thailand, Tokyo SME Support Centre will host a seminar aimed at underlining cooperation between the Japanese agency and Thai authorities in supporting local manufacturers. The seminar, to be held at Grand Ballroom Westin Grande Sukhumvit, also includes a business networking dinner, in which deputy prime minister Somkid Jatusripitak is delivering the keynote address.
