MOTOR EXPO
WEDNESDAY: Bangkok International Motor Show 2018 or the 39th Bangkok International Motor Show is running until April 8 at Challenger 1-3, Impact Muang Thong Thani, to showcase advancements in automotive technology and new vehicle models.
FAIRS
THURSDAY: The 46th National Book Fair and 16th Bangkok International Book Fair 2018, one of the largest book fairs showcasing premium-quality and rare books from Thailand and abroad, will run until April 8 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. Visitors will have the chance to participate in numerous activities, including meet and greets with well-known authors.
EXHIBITIONS
WEDNESDAY: The two-day 4th Thai Rail Industry Symposium and Exhibition (Rise) and Rail Asia Expo 2018 is being held under the theme, “Asean Integration of Global Innovation, Offset Policy and Thai Expertise in the Development of the Regional Rail Network”. Some 120 companies from around the world are exhibiting railway and rail-related technologies at the event, to be held until Thursday, at the exhibition hall of Airport Rail Link’s Makkasan station.

WEDNESDAY: Fitch is holding its first investor briefing for 2018, “Global Economic Outlook & Thai Debt Market Trends — Green Bonds”, at Plaza Athenee Bangkok Hotel.
Bangkok Insurance Plc executives, led by Chai Sophonpanich, are holding a press briefing on the company’s business plans for this year at its head office in Bangkok Insurance Tower on Sathon Road.
Saha Pathanapibul Plc is holding a presser on the company’s business direction and goals for 2018 at its office in Bangkok Tower on Phetchaburi Road.
Krung Thai Bank and the Royal Thai Office are holding a press briefing on the topic of allowing motorists who have violated traffic rules to pay fines at CenPay, an e-payment service of Central Department Co. The press briefing is being conducted at KTB’s headquarters.

MONDAY: Citi Foundation, together with UNDP and other partners, are co-hosting “The Youth Co:Lab Summit 2018” at the United Nations Conference Centre on Ratchadamnoen Nok Avenue. The event aims to empower youth ledentrepreneurship by providing opportunities in innovation and capacity development training.
The World’s Poultry Science Association, Thailand Branch is holding the “11th Asia-Pacific Poultry Conference (APPC 2018)” at Athenee Hotel Bangkok. The two-day event features over 1,000 entrepreneurs and experts involved in poultry from around the world.
TUESDAY: SME Development Bank has partnered with the Office of Islamic Affairs Committee of Bangkok Metropolis for a seminar on giving halal-based SMEs access to global markets. The seminar is being held at the bank’s head office, SME Development Bank Tower, Phahon Yothin Road.
