Fire breaks out in Pattaya condo

ACCIDENT: A fire broke out in a room in a condominium building in Pattaya, Chon Buri, yesterday, causing about 500,000 baht in damages. There were no casualties.

Pattaya City dispatched eight fire engines to Niran Grand Condominium in tambon Nong Prue on being notified of the fire, which broke out in a room on the fourth floor about 3am.

The fire was put out in about 30 minutes. Furniture, clothes and other articles in the room were destroyed.

Police are investigating the cause of the blaze.
