Singapore’s economic growth moderated in the second quarter as manufactur­ing growth eased. Gross domestic product grew 3.8% in the second quarter from a year earlier, figures from the Ministry of Trade and Industry showed. That was short of the 4.4% growth in the previous quarter. The manufactur­ing sector grew 8.6% year on year, slowing from 9.7% in the second quarter.
