Synonymous with summer make-up, bronzers instantly warm up the skin to recreate a sun-kissed complexion at any time of the year.
Guerlain dedicates the Terracotta collection to deliver such a natural healthy glow, with the series of bronzing powders presented at the “Ready For Summer” event, held recently at Woof Pack Studio in Saladaeng 1.
The French brand has constantly updated the range with matte, shimmer, gold and other variations, after introducing the illuminating Terracotta powder in 1984.
The 2018 limited editions include Terracotta Sous les Palmiers bronzing and blush powder with palm leaves motif, and Terracotta Route des Îles tanner with a windrose motif centred by a shimmery apricot shade.
The colours can be easily blended and applied by tracing a “3” on the skin of the forehead, cheekbones and down to the chin, to brighten up the face.
Infused with hints of gold and fine motherof-pearl, Terracotta Summer Glow powder can then be used to highlight cheekbones and arch of brows.
Those who want to tone down the tan can instead apply Terracotta Light powder, available in six shades.
Besides powders, the new collection include bronzing fluid make-up i n an on-the-go cushion compact, which allows touch-ups during the day.
K-beauty dewy skin inspired Guerlain to develop the hybrid Abeille Royale Bee Glow as a moisturiser and finisher to achieve honey-glow skin with a wet look effect.
The age-defying Abeille Royale range features skin-revitalising honey sourced from Ouessant island, off the western tip of Brittany, and royal jelly from Sologne in north-central France.
Enriched with Moroccan honey and light-reflecting pearl micro-particles, Bee Glow can be applied under or on top of make-up as an illuminating base or a highlighter. Dabbing the hydrating and plumping formula over Terracotta powder further lends a more natural finish to the summery make-up look.
