Shoplifters

In this Palme d’Or-winning Japanese film, a family of petty thieves lives in a rundown house trying to make ends meet. One day they take home a young girl who’s been abused by her parents and “adopt” her as a new family member. The girl’s arrival soon reveals the secret of this unusual family.
