On its continued mission to raise funds for supporting medical treatment and saving lives, the Ramathibodi Foundation under the Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has launched a special collection of souvenirs bearing the princess’s drawing of two red hearts connected with the slogan “Giver’s And Receiver’s Hearts Connected”. This year, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn as chairperson of the foundation has graciously bestowed her drawing to be developed as a design of the foundation’s new souvenirs. All proceeds from the sale of the collection will be used to purchase medical equipment for the Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute (CNMI) under the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, in Bang Phli district, Samut Prakan. “It is a great honour for the foundation that HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presented her drawing of two red hearts connected, representing the hearts of both givers and receivers to the Ramathibodi Foundation in order to use as a design of this special collection of souvenirs,” said Punsiree Kunakornpaiboonsiri, foundation managing director. To encourage endless giving, the foundation is encouraging companies and organisations to purchase souvenirs in bulk as premium corporate gifts for special occasions, such as the New Year, apart from selling the collection to the general public. “These gifts will not only impress recipients but also be more meaningful than ever, as the givers will become a part of saving lives,” she noted. The special collection consists of various clothing and household items. Prices range from 25-490 baht per piece. The Ramathibodi Foundation has continuously been working for more than five decades to raise funds for buying medical equipment for the hospital and helping patients in need. The products are now available for sale at Ramathibodi Foundation’s souvenir shop. Purchases can also be made online via ramafoundation.or.th.
