The re­cent news that Turk­ish of­fi­cials are al­leged to have record­ings of Ja­mal Khashoggi’s re­ported tor­ture, in­ter­ro­ga­tion and mur­der is note­wor­thy, in­deed. Is there not any limit to how far a mem­ber of the world com­mu­nity will go? A mem­ber of the com­mu­nity of na­tions? And how long its peers will re­main in­dif­fer­ent?
