Taxi queues, traffic on the road and crowds on the train — we could all use a break from busy Bangkok. The Mind Body Spirit Fair invites those who want a lot more than just a coffee break to a weekend dedicated to health and well-being, at Rembrandt Hotel, Sukhumvit 18, on Saturday from 9.30am-5.30pm, and Sunday from 9.30am-4.30pm.

At least 26 complementary workshops — from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-awareness and chakra, to art, music, creative writing and dance — will be led by a long list of Thai and international experts on spirituality, herbal nutrition, detox, movement methods, self-development, healing exercise, psychological and physiological health, traditional instruments, and more.

More than 50 exhibitors will be in attendance, bringing with them a wide variety of well-being products. These include essential oils, teas, herbs, superfoods, bakery, vegan treats, natural personal care, sustainable clothing, eco-friendly products, meditation tools and yoga accessories. Alongside all of this will be a medley of health services, therapies, training, coaching, energy healing and empowerment. Health practitioners, coaches and consultants will be in the Healing Zone to offer extensive sessions on psychological and physical relaxation techniques, traditional medicine, body tests, art therapy, spiritual readings, Ayurvedic consultation and holistic healing. There are also oneon-one healing sessions at an extra cost (advanced booking highly recommended).

Tickets cost 350 baht for adults and 150 baht for children (300 and 100 baht if purchased online). All proceeds will go toward the Fatima Centre and the Camillian Home for Children Living with Disabilities.
